You will never regret it as you age. Nice Made in USA product. I think a huge number of us (self included) are using the HF unit made by Chicoms. Cheap but functional

I got my HF lift table in 2017 and I don't want to work on a bike without it, ever. 8)

I'm still a little confused/concerned on how to get it up on the center stand in a safe manor. The wheel vise is not going to be doing much.

Once it’s clamped, I use a small, old Honda (Civic) screw Jack and a short length of 2  4” lumber under the oil pan. I also have a short tie down that I always hook on the centre stand tie on the table. You can see it (yellow) in the photo. Prevents accidentally “rocking” off the stand……

I wasn't sure if pressure on the oil pan was safe, but I'll try that. THANKS

Did you get the side extension tables? They give you a place to stand while putting it up on the center stand. They also let me ride a bike onto the table. I made side extensions from an old single bed frame which also enable us to put a quad on it. The bed frame feet keep the table stable during loading and unloading.
We use the center stand for most everything and removed the front wheel vise. It tends to get in the way. We use a ratchet strap on each side and another one to hobble the bike so we don't knock it off the center stand. You can see the 900F in the first picture is hobbled. Get a couple of screw jacks like Benelli said, they are very handy.
Over time you'll figure out other ways to use your lift. It's an awesome tool. 8)

I didn't get the extensions, I just have the bike to lift. I just noticed that my center stand legs are not making floor contact together. I suppose that it could be bent?

A Handy.....you made the correct choice. The industry standard for over 50 years. Mine still works great after 30 years and a part of that was spent in my bike shop where it was used daily.

I have the Handy with the side extensions which really work good to hold tools and parts during assembly. They also give me more table space when I put the lawn tractor on for service. Good quality purchase for sure. You can always get the extensions later if you need them.

Throw a 4 ft level on it in both directions and see if it is flat. Once you choose it final resting spot it should be leveled anyway
