It's all about condition...if that bike is 100 percent ready to go and looks great when it gets there, that would be a pretty square deal.  K6 is far from the most collectable model.  In Michigan, you would be doing damn good to sell any K6 for more than $5500, a #3 or 4 go for about $2500, and #5 condition can be had for as low as $500.
If it works good, it looks good...

In Thailand there is a 100%  tax on imported motorcycles and cars so the prices here are much higher than in the USA  for both new and used imported vehicles.    In the past you could import used motorcycles into Thailand (at enormous expense in addition to taxes)  but that is no longer allowed.

If my eyes did not trick me....
The pipe with stamped text "pre 1983" can not be NOS.
Later replica or sparepart.
I do not mind replicas. I have both Yamiya no numbers and their Lotus Root 4-4.
Not a single letter nor number on them.
Honda badge on fork came with K7?

Those HM300 pipes, with all the extra disclaimers and instructions, are NOS Honda parts. They were also available as replacements for several years. Every so often, they do come up and trade for silly money. I have a set on my K1.
I think those pipes are referred to as Paragraph pipes. They became available in about 1985 or so. The K1 I am working on now had a set but someone offered the previous owner silly money, as he put it, so he sold them.
I bought new HM 300s from Honda in 1984 and they were not Paragraph.

Hey, I have one of those too! This is on a '72 CB500 that's in line for revival - and a pic of the bike...near as i can figure, it was bought by a US serviceman and shipped home. That seat is really small, though - sitting on it, my knees hug the tank!

Per….. a difference in definitions. I would consider pipes built and sold by Honda in the ‘80’s to be NOS? Not the “original” pipes but certainly not replicas…..

According to Google Translate your red blinking meatball in the steering stem bolt of your CB500 is:

^ ^ ^ That Seat Looks to be in Great Shape ^ ^ ^

Strange that the other seat actually mirrors the paint theme of the gas tank with the 2 curving shapes

While the king queen seats may be an aesthetic eyesore they are comfortable for long distance easing any saddle sores from riding... You don't find them on lots of old bikes because of their looks, they were there because they were comfortable enough for people to tolerate the looks

That 500 is an early K0, would be interestedin what the frame number was to tell how early but its not one of the first unless the engine has been changed

That makes it built about 7th month 1971 so not super early and unusual to have engine number lower than frame so distinct possibility its been swopped in its life

Engines that had defects found during quality testing were repaired and put back into the assembly line later. The empty frame also got a random engine put into it. There were exceptions to every rule.
