I could so go off on a complete rant here .....

But I'm trying to behave.

I figure I speed all the time - because speed limits are artificially low - so I am going to get a ticket eventually.  No need to get worked up when you do even when the cops are wrong.  I ask politely if they'll make it less than 10 MPH over the speed limits so the insurance company doesn't hose me and they, so far, have done so.  Peace Brother
