If it weren't for your description, I'd have no idea what I was looking for.
Is there a link or a pic somewhere?

Do we really NEED to see a pic?

We all knows what happens when you hit a pole at 60mph...

Tom had problems uploading the file in question because of format and size issues. In an exchange in an effort to work something out, he sent me a copy of the file. In a rare act of cencoreship, it is so graphic and raw, I indicated had be been successful in uploading it somehow, it probably would have been deleted. Tom had good intentions though, to alert us to some of the dangers riders face.
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

Thanks Bob!

I understand Tom's intentions and appreciate it, but I think you made the right decision.

It's a well known fact, said Cliffy, that scary pictures are not very effective at making safer drivers.  The shock value tends to wear off over time.  I don't recall being shown any gruesome footage during my MSF course.

I actually didn't see any gruesome pictures at either of my speeding ticket drivers' courses, either.  I guess the "gruesome pictures" psychology paper finally made it around to law enforcement education!   ;D

It's like showing a guy a picture of triplets.  Do you think that would stop him doing well.......you know.

If anyone REALLY wants gruesome and graphic evidence of what happens when you get in a wreck, come over to my house and I'll take my clothes off.  That'll get you to take the bus- for sure!
