What happened to some of the Tech Library articles?

I've had a few folks ask about the clutch rattle bulletin that used to be posted in the "Tech Library" portion of the SOHC4 website. After the site was restructured, it's gone. Does anyone have the 2-page PDF of it? It was put out by Honda in an issue of "The Wrench" service publication in the mid-70's.

Can anyone help?

Change the "US"  in the address to NET  like in this addrsess:
