unlatching the seat on a 1971 cb350t

I just got this bike and I can't get the seat open for my life. I'm I missing something, is their some trick?

Ignition key might open a lock on the side like on the 750 ?

Looks like there's a latch on the right hand side, and doesn't appear to be keyed. 
Actually runs --> 1975 CB550-K1

Thanks for the diagram....

You must pull on the tab labeled 10(which is hidden up under the seat) and then press up on the latch.
