Hey Chippy, have you checked the specs SpeedBleeder x-Ref in the FAQ?  If you're looking for a replacement, it'll only cost a few more bucks, and it is well worth it.

While you or anyone else is in the brake FAQ, I just noticed that TwoTired has posted a *thorough* Guide to Rebuilding Front Calipers.  He lists a few critical steps, including this one, that I had missed. ;-)

Wait, I'm confused. I just looked at the Speedbleeder website. It said that Tokico calipers use SB7100, but on the reference chart, it says that for the models CB750K3 - K5 Four use SB10125. I've got a K4 with a Tokico caliper. Which numbers are the right ones?

Hello Stueveone,

That is an issue that was kicked around in an ongoing thread before the listing was placed in our FAQ section.

I had brought up the fact that listings on Speed Bleeder's site and on some auto sites, were not listing all the correct sizes for our bikes.

I have a 1974 CB750 K4 and the correct size for my brake turned out to be/is the SB10125, although that size is not what was listed as correct at Speed Bleeder's site.  But, SB10125 is definately the proper fit for my K4........ ;) ;)

Without looking at your fitting more closely, I can say that the listings in the FAQ are based on Honda part numbers by year and model.  As is always the case, it's quite possible that the part listings are not perfectly accurate.  This may be true in cases in which Honda had contracted for X number of calipers, and then had some leftovers before starting production of the next model year.

I couldn't see where this was covered, but there are two lengths listed for each model on speedbleeder's site.  For a 400F, would you order the M7 X 1.0 X 30.22mm  or X 35.15mm?
