Will spigots from an early model be able to be mounted to a later head if I remove the studs or use nuts?

Thanks Mick, I was worried about that. After all the planning and preparing and parts aquiring, it just dawned on me that I didn't know if it would work, almost had an aneurism! Now if I can just find nexk bearings, lol.
