Kframe, you have already proven the battery is OK...
In your newest video, the thing that stands out, to me, is the voltage with the headlight turned on. It looks like the charging system isn't keeping up with the additional load.
Might be something as simple as unplugging/replugging all the spade and bullet connectors to scrape off the corrosion, and cleaning the main fuse holder.
