I have a friend with the yoshi pipe, and this looks nothing like it.
Andoo is right. I have an original NOS Yoshi exhaust. The Yoshi has a removable tail pipe that begins at the end of the four-tube collector and has a bolt-secured baffle. The bends downstream of the collector are smooth, not angular welds and there is a rear supporting tab that bolts to the CB750 frame.
I was hoping that the Yamiya exhaust was an exact duplicate, because I've had difficulties finding anyone who would do a limited run of my exhaust design without a major setup charge. Looks like my search is on again.
Thanks for posting the pics, Rhonda. It just so happens that today I also got in a number of photos from Yamiya.
I do think, though, that this looks like a totally acceptable exhaust for the money. $400 USD delivered is cheap for a new well-made midweight exhaust that will perform strongly across the mid and upper rev range, unlike the heavy and beautiful, but anemic, Kerker.
