Check all linkages for free movement and lubricate your cables for the first attempt...If that does not work............maybe tighten the carb manifold rubbers on both sides........... then the intake rubbers to airbox etc.......  If it is still troublesome what was it like before the last 4 months?????

Tried to wind down the idle adjustment screw as well ???

Thanks! 750GOES will look into it ...  the  bikes throttle was fine back then, would the cylinder 2 cause the engine to rev high , because I had someone
a few months ago clean my spark plugs , but could not get to spark plug #2 , because we did not have the right socket in other words the exhaust pipe
thats connected to cylinder 2 is not getting hot i'ts kinda warm.

plug has nothing to do with high idle - unless you compensate for running on two plugs and have to rev the crap out of it to keep it running....

try and get plug #2 changed anyway - if the temp is down on the exhaust it is either fouled, not enough spark or no gas or possibly all three..
