I'd be interested to know how long it takes to get to you. Lulu now has 2 plants: one is the original in the Carolinas, I think, and the new one is in Nevada. I've received 'proof' copies from both places and they seem to be the same. Going to order signature copies today.
Do we get signature copy from you or from LuLu?
Signature version come from me: let me know if you want them that way. I have to order it from Lulu (hard or paper cover) and get it, then sign it, then ship it to you that way. I'm going to the Post Office today to find out if they have 'book rates' (media rate?) still available: it takes longer in shipping, but costs less than $35 to ship overseas that way (that's just outrageous postage!).
I currently have a few coming (probably next week) for that purpose.
