Hello all.  I just signed up as a member.

I have a 1977 CB400f that I've owned for about four years.  It's a good runner and a blast to ride but could use some paint and cosmetic work.

I also have a 2003 Triumph T-100 and a 2001 BMW R1200C.

I'm in Castle Rock, CO.

Welcome, Matt!  There are several of us on here from the Denver area, and Jerry's down in the Springs, but we'll forgive him. ;D

Check out the Rusted Nuts link in my signature line if you're interested in our local group.  Next gathering is a garage day this Saturday.  Enjoy this forum!  It's been invaluable to me and many, many others. :)

Welcome, Matt.  Are you thinking about doing some cosmetic work?  I might as well beat everyone to asking you for some pictures.  Don't worry about the response.  Members here are always more interested in potential than current condition.  Besides, we've seen worse and many have restored much worse. ;-)

Here are a couple pictures of my bike.   One as purchased and one today (without the stickers).

Since I bought it I've added the MAC muffler, NOS Fork assemblies, NOS Redwing shocks in the rear, and a more solid header than it came with.  I've also upgraded several parts with other used parts I've found on eBay over the years.

Next thing it needs is a new rear tire then I'm thinking about some different handle bars.  Then paint since it currently has a medocre home paint job.

She's a beaut.  I misread what you meant by "could use a bit of paint and cosmetic work."
