750a rear brake conversion
« on: Today at 08:51:47 AM »
Hi

Has anyone converted their rear brake to left hand lever? If so do you have any info/pics? I have a disability so need to move brake and gear control upstairs.

Thanks in advance.

The Samauto drag bike was fit with a hand rear brake, but I don't know the specifics. Basically, you need to use a clutch master cylinder with a 1/2" to 14mm or so bore, and then run hose back to the brake caliper.

Thanks for replying. It’s a drum rear brake so assuming I can use a clutch lever from a manual. It’s the rod/cable config I’m not sure about.
