Counter Shaft Bearing Plate Screws
« on: September 04, 2025, 01:19:52 PM »
Unfortunately, at some point I lost 3 screws that secure the counter shaft bearing plate. Would typical flat head screws form the local hardware store work, or do I need to find OEM screws? Thanks.

The ones from Ace Hardware (metric, slightly raised head instead of perfectly flat-ground) will work, I've used them. Be SURE to get the right length, though, or else grind off a bit of the ones they have today are too long. The ends should not stick inside the tranny case.
