picture problem

As some of you already know, there is an ongoing problem viewing pictures and attachments, as well as loading new ones. This started this morning, and is something that Glenn will have to fix.

Glenn found a corruption problem on one of the server storage locations, and is working to restore the missing data, which may take some time.
