Oh now you've got me thinking about it haha, maybe after a few hundred miles and heat cycles I'll try that...stay tuned!

This sounds like a good idea: the heat-annealing should slightly soften the metal by then, too.

My #4 that looked like that was the one that got the rolled-up towel and rubber mallet work. A ratchet strap might be safer.

This is not the issue I had, it states what they already had in printed material that shipped with the exhaust but nice to know they are trying to help out the people with more 'simple' fitment issues.
