New RK narrow, 530 O-Ring chain for vintage bikes
« on: March 26, 2026, 07:27:08 PM »
Saw this vintage specific 530 chain today. Sealed, narrow, RK 530 chain. Part is SV530OUWR. Maximum width is 22.7mm. Bright silver side plates and pins. Good choice for the 550's I'd imagine.

Other listings are around $200.00 so something is fishy. Maybe this is one master link?

Just a follow up,
I measured my current DID Oring chain and it is 25.67mm at the rivets and it was rubbing on the chain guard(not running the guardat this point)
The old 530 chains I removed and have hanging up are 20.24mm wide at the rivets.
Hopefully the new vintage specific will not rub...
I did order one last night for $152 on feebay...

Take some pics when you get it Stu....thanks. It's only .050" thicker on each side.....it should work. Great thing is it's an oring chain.
