Inner Tubes
« on: November 28, 2006, 04:31:52 AM »
I just purchased new tires for my bike, and I need to get new inner tubes. Do I buy the same size tubes as my tires?

Yes.  Buy the tubes that correlate with the width of your rims.

For example, I bought new tires and tubes and rim strips (don't forget those, Hyseman.  They're only about a buck a piece) from Dennis Kirk this summer.  I bought a "Drag Specialties"  19 inch tube Dennis Kirk Part #: H53011 which fits 3.25/3.50 Tires, and 18" inner tube (Dennis Kirk Part #: H53003) which fits Fits 3.50/4.00 Tires.  They fit perfectly and seem to be quality tubes. $10 each.  Hope this helps.

Which tires did you select and why?
