Price check, Opinions needed

Bare frame $50.
Frame with swing arm and shocks $100
Gas tank(needs to be painted) $25  - I'm pretty sure this is a good deal

The first two, I have no Idea and I don't want to get swindled.

It's hard to determine a fair price without knowing the condition of the items.

Yeah he said it doesn't have any rust that he knows of, and I'm not sure if the frame has a title.  What difference does that make? Excuse my ignorance.

It can be difficult if not impossible to register a vehicle without a title in most places.
