In light of Bob's request for everyone to take it offline into PMs, I think he might as well just lock it down and prevent any new posts.  Is that possible?

Why would it need to be locked? Is that what some think is the answer? After this, I will not post here anymore. If everyone did that, that would be just as effective as locking it. In short order, it will be history and buried in numerous pages. Or does that make too much sense and rely on people actually showing some restraint?
