UK MEMBERS - YOU NEED TO CONTACT YOUR MP

Off-Road Vehicles (registrations) Private Members Bill

I was reading this months Classic Bike magazine and noticed an article on this legislation currently going through Westminster Parliament.  It seems the bill was tabled in response to a problem with mini bikes being used illegally. The bill, apparently, will do little to deter those it is set out to curb but will have a knock on effect to the detriment of those who have bikes not road registered but are for racing, or in museums or even basket cases you have in your shed for tinkering around with.

You can use the link below to send an already worded letter/e,mail to your MP. In fact the MCIA site enables you to easily send email to your MP in just a few minutes even if you dont know who your MP is. All you need is your postcode.

Come on guys us bikers have to stick together on issues like this.

Thanks for your time.  :) :) :)
