OK guys back onto the reason I started the thread, who should I get to rebuild and fettle my engine for me ???

I'm using carbs from a CB750 K2 and 122.5 main jets.
My pilot screw turned 1.25 revs out. The bike doesn't exactly idels on such carbs and camshaft but is sweet above 6500 RPM.
I'm running K&N pods and a free (not that loud since at some race tracks we have noise restrictions to 115db) 4->1 exhust.

Will try to get some pics down to 80Kb so I could post them.
