are these handle bars original?

the handlebars on the bike on my manual look a tad different, are these original? it is a 1981 CB650 Custom

i wouldnt mind having a set like that,if you should decide to sell them i would be interested,or if someone knows where i could find a set like that i would be interested.

Your bars almost look like the ones on my 1982 VF750C Magna.
