Holy cow!  I love that!  Low investment small business.  All the while, exploiting overcapacity in the competitor's infrastructure (underused tracks).

Sure looks like a C90 ;D the only thing that makes me wonder is, all the oil will be back in the back of the gearbox.
I wonder how the crank gets to be lubricated. :o
