I have a Suzuki T500 thats given me little problems over the years. The PO installed new bars on her without notching the controls. The left-hand wires were crimped between the bar and turnsignal/horn controls. My signals eventually stopped working and I decided to rewire and drill the bars proper to internally route that side. My turn signal relay made allot of noise with no light action and the crimped wires were almost cut in half at that time. First I re-wired her- with the same results. Next I sourced a used Ebay relay, installed, to find the same results. The first relay showed a short on a multimeter with the second reading fine. Is there something I'm missing? or does anyone know of a generic 12v 12a relay that might work in this application? thanks
