Why timeserts in particular? I though they were for people who couldn't do heliciols  ;D

'cos when I stripped down the head I found a loose helicoil under the cam holder. Bought the buke like that.

Thanks Bob, but unfortunately one of the worlds most useless sites. I looked there before. The links take me back to wurth, to a German site or a place in Canada that sells kitchen fittings with no sign of Time-Sert. I emailed them though.

This has a link to a Timesert brochure pdf, so it's definitely the right place.
Let me know how it turns out, I'm in the market for a 6mm kit. If they have a minimum $$ order that's higher than what you need, maybe we can get together on it.

Doesn't really lead anywhere

I'll probably order from Flanders as they are the cheapest I've found. I need a 6mm too, but will probably do the plug threads too, as the helicoiling there is suspect as well.

Where are you located? Maybe just one order for us both.
