Corbin seats...

I have a beat to hell Corbin seat for my CB650SC, and was wondering if it was worth redoing? Were they really that much more comfortable than stock?

Cannot speak for a sohc application, but I put one on my '00 VFR800 and it transformed the 'bike into an 'endurance-ride-comfy' machine.
