For powder coating and sand blasting try Teff-Line in Burlington. Powder coating prices are quite competitive but Teff-Line does good work.

I have used radiator shops for hot dipping, some balk at gas tanks but some do the job no problem. What's your goal - just cleaning up the inside or stripping the paint off?
I haven't had powder coating done for bike parts but my work has had excellent results from Colourfast Custom Coating in Concord. They didn't have a hassle with small jobs, may have a minimum $$$ though.

trying kill three birds with one stone, need use slide hammer to pull a dent, so need inside totaly fuel free, inside is alot surface rust, and if i use slide hammer going need repaint so a hot dip will make tank safe to drill rivet and grind, will get rid my rust and prepare my tank for paint or powder ;D
