Hi Sam , i saw Tommy Robb at stafford show
mick.
Hi Mick, what's the betting he was sat down

like me, he's getting a bit long in the tooth, I was chatting with him for about 20 minutes and squated down to come to his level and couldn't get back up

I've known Tommy for quite a number of years, he lives just down the road from me.
A mate of mine, Harold Nutall rebuilt an NSU sports max that Tommy rode in the 50s, I got to spanner on it at the Ulster Grand Prix, twice in the late 90s and again in 2001.
He was only parading it but as old as he is, he hasn't lost the touch.
Although he's riddled with arthritis, he's more comfortable on a bike than sitting in a chair.
Sam.
