Well, the SR500 just wasn't getting ridden since I commute every day on my Honda. Also, my Triumph rebuild is being totally ignored. Now, a few hours later, it looks like I *probably* won't buy the XS750. Once I get my Honda up again there won't be as acute a need for it, even though a shaft drive bike all set to tour would be cool, too. The jury's out still, but that's the likelihood. My wife pointed out that if I do buy the XS750, that's money that doesn't go to parts for the Triumph. BUT, she did suggest we buy a nice Sears tool cabinet, which we just did.
I'm still perusing the SR500 forum. It's too good to just leave it. I did, BTW, see an XS forum, but didn't yet have time to check it out.
