350 tank specs ? Please?
« on: June 26, 2005, 06:44:20 PM »
Well my last post/request was a bust, so let's try a different angle;
Would a 350 owner please let me know the length of his/her stock tank?

While you're at it, are the 350 and 400 frames the same? Would a 350 tank fit on a 400?

Thanks~

I just ran out and measured my CB-350F tank.  Overall longest length is 21 in.,  measurement from the cutout for the steering post to back of tank @ 16 1/2 inches.  These are close not exact.  Hope this helps. If youi need me to,  I will put a tape next to the tank and take pictures.

Hey,
Just curious if you found out any info on adding the GB500's hump to a CB seat. I've been thinking of doing that too. They look... good.

Something like what this guy did maybe. I've seen a lot of people mention doing custom fiberglass stuff, one guy mentioned Airtech made a replica of the GB500's seat (and I'm assuming they mean the rear part) but I didn't see anything on their site.
