Once again there are items noton the schedule that were "suggested" by the travelling reps, at least in UK and personally i dont give a flying #$%* what other dealers did, if it was on the schedule i did it and i talked to my customers giving them honest advice and estimates.
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

Remember "Its always in the last place you look" COURSE IT IS YOU STOP LOOKIN THEN!

There will always be differences of opinion based on our own knowledge and experiences. We all need to respect that what works for you may not work for someone else, and leave it at that.
By all means explain your logic and reasoning but name calling and demeaning language just pisses people off and resolves nothing - accept you don't agree, and move on.
