I just saw it in the news. I wonder whether the secret service will be able to get to the burglar....  ;D

I thought this was going to be a thread along the lines that Bush's watch is nearly at and end, thank God, etc etc...

Man, Albania is the bloody capital of the world for organised crime, mafia bloodletting and all sorts of unsavoury sh*te such as sex slave trafficking. You name it, they're into it.

Why would his security let him within 20 feet of a crowd like that is beyond belief. Heads will roll over this for sure.

Given the fragile state of play in the world I cannot believe he would be allowed to fraternise like that.......are we sure this is not a spoof?

C'mon, I'm not that bad. I opened another one a while ago about his personal behaviour; can't speak much about his politics.

I just opened this thread because I found it funny as h3ll. Can you imagine that the very president of the US is stolen the wristwatch in front of at least four bodyguards?

The albanese government has denied it, but I haven't seen any of the bodyguards picking up the watch. Somebody must have an expensive watch by now... and a big grin in the face!!!!

I'm afraid not many international leaders ever go to Albania, much less with expensive watches, so probably they will cheer anybody. Don't tell me it's not hilarious to see how his watch disappears among the crowd.
