First one, I can't say for sure because I haven't bought points and condensers for an sohc/4 in a long time, but check what Z1 and CrC2 are selling them for.

Second one,
It doesn't say new jets are included, it says

"New set of 4 chrome air cleaners for the cb500 cb550. Short enough to fit on the carb and between the frame. We have new push in jets for these carbs",

which I take to mean they have jets for these carbs available for sale.

Well brand new points and condensers from partsnmore are $25 with shipping and the parts are probably the same as georgefix or crc.

4 chrome filters from the same place are $40 and are more than likely the same brand as well.

I only get parts I cant find anywhere else for a decent price on ebay these days.
