It's just another way to keep in touch with people, thats all...

Didn't mean any offense.  Maybe it's a generational thing, like I don't answer the phone during dinner.  The last time I went to the mall, I observed kids in groups- and every one of them was on the phone to someone else!
For me, keeping in touch is for special folks.  A big reason I stop in here.  Maybe thousands of people can be special...

I can identify with this also, maybe it is a GHOF thing, but I often wonder if these "always plugged in" types ever had a thoughtful moment of solitude.

Just did the whole friend request thing - look for a picture of a cowboy & kid - not my normal look, but when in Oklahoma (okay - and a parade) do as Okie's do...
