Finally getting to take some time off and park my butt at the beach for a couple weeks.....
Any suggested reading:  Just finished "the Road" Richard McCormick - good book.  I like Chuck Palahniuk and stuff like that.  Any good suggestions or things to look for when I hit the bookstore ?
Yep, I'm the kid that figured out how to put things back together...eventually.

Who?

Two of my faves are "God Bless You Mr Rosewater" by Kurt Vonnegut and "Archy and Mehetabel" by Don Marquis in the novel dept.
"More Proficient Motorcycling" by David Hough is a terrific technique book.

Here's some motorcycle books if your interested.  I'm currently reading 'Leanings' by Peter Egan.  It's excellent so far.

I saw the documentary at Honda House while I was picking up some fork seals. Haven't replaced them yet since they stopped leaking. I looked for the video at the library but settled for the book. Now I have to see the video.

Well worth a watch, he first part where they are travelling through Western Europe, and the last part where they do Canada and the US are OK, nothing special but perfectly watchable :)

The middle section, through Eastern Europe, Mongolia and Siberia however, is just :o 8)

Not generally as Stephen King fan, but I'm thrilled with The Dark Tower Series. Great pace, more imagination than anyone should be entitled to. Start with The Gunslinger.

Also, Cryptonomicon by Nail Stephenson is easily one of the best books of the last 20 years. I take literature very seriously, so I wouldn't just say that.
