engine seized

Hello from the frozen region of northwest Indiana, ran across this product in a sailing magazine. I dont know if it works but it has a money back guarantee, called engine release supposed to dissolve corrosion and free up sized pistons. see it at www.enginerelease.com

Not developed by NATO though.

Not a thing wrong with an impact gun/wrench if you know what you are about.  It's simply dynamic torque.

That should be engine seized NOT sized.

I thought maybe it's so cold in the frozen north of Indiana that the engine might have shrunk? ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

THREE FOOT BREAKER BAR on the end of the rotor bolt, rocked back and forth,
(after using your favorite penetrating compound in the cylinder of course!) has worked wonderfully for me.   Often without even taking the motor apart.    Just squirt PB or whatever in the plug holes, let 'er sit 4 a spell, the commence to rock
the crank back and forth carefully.

Marvel mystery oil is the best. I broke loose a 85 VF500 engine that had been in the elements for a long time. Secret is the mint. Great for aluminum cleaning.

I have diesel in my cylinders now and am fixing to get some Marvel Mystery Oil for the next round...  I have tried to kick it in neutral and to rock it back and forth while in 4th and 5th gear with no joy.  Remember I am a novice new to this motor and be nice when I ask this question?

Where exactly would I put a breaker bar or impact wrench?

No where! Let the stuff do it's thing.   ATF and mystery oil.  And rock it as you have in gear. Patience will stop you from breaking stuff.

If it's frozen due to a little rust then use your lube and rock it, breaker bar on the crank, etc. If it's damaged from jacked up pistons, valves, rods etc then open it up.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Exactly, or learn the hard way. A little off motor types, had a nice GM250ci that got a 4 year rain drip through the flame arrestor air cleaner bolt. not much water in the pan, drained it, removed the head. No nut on harmonic balance pulley, so, after marvel and atf for 2 weeks (only 2 cylinders had rust,) used a 4x4 and 20lb sledge on those 2 pistons thinking I'm going to have to waste those and maybe hone the rusted cylinders...I quit after 3 4x4's were shredded, I could barely get pistons beat down from tdc to bdc hard as I could hit it (with a 20lb sledge?)  but you'd have to watch a time lapse video to actually see it move. Crankshaft, camshaft or distributor shaft has to be massively swelled up. Those pistons are beyond tough.

I just started to deconstruct my F2 engine and the #1 and #4 pistons were seized in the jugs. I filled the cylinders with PB blaster and tapped on the head with a rubber mallet and a block of wood so as not to damage the fins. I repeated this every few hours for about three days.

What I think ultimately did the trick was to wedge a long heavy digging bar under the edge of the block, using a block of wood as a fulcrum, and pushing the block up off the piston heads. There was some creaking and groaning (me and the engine, lol) but it finally came free. The hardest part was figuring out how to apply the right amount of force in the right direction, and this worked very well.
