1982 cb650 electrical nightmare

well my bike just wont charge
ive replaced the rotor and the stator this spring 
had the local honda shop check the r/r its good
went through and cleaned and replaced the connections
oh yeah and it was charging 3 weeks ago before i did the top end and carb rebuilds
any suggestions on what im missing

new battery? did you also clean and replace the ground connection? other than that I don't know  :(

Yes the following are missing:

Voltage readings at the battery over 1K RPM increments.

Voltage readings at the regulator input and output.

Voltage readings at the rectifier output.

Resistance readings of the rotor windings.

Resistance readings of the Stator windings.

Resistance readings of the windings to engine ground.
