I apologize for being redundant, but I want to be sure I'm not missing something before I install my clutch again.
Quick story: I just bought new fiber plates and soaked them in ATF for 14 hours or so before install. The bike ran fine until I got up to about 60 mph or so, then it started to slip. After making some pressure plate adjustments, and re adjusting my clutch a couple times, it seemed to catch alot better, but as soon as I got it up to highway speed again, it slipped
I just pulled the clutch again, and the fibers look fine but a bit dry, so I'm gonna soak em in honda 10 w 40 for at least 24 hours and see how that goes.
__Is there something else that could be wrong?
-I checked my clutch springs, and they're fine.
-my steel plates look straight
-am I missing something??
