steering head bearing replacement 750K

After following the thread under this subject I'm still unclear about the bearing kit to use. Is this AllBalls tapered roller bearing kit, #22-1011 , the one to go with?

I have the kit here for my  75 Goldwing. it is the same kit used for my 78 750F also.
