After I voted, the results aren't showing (which I think is a good thing until its over and Heffay announces the winner), but I don't remember it being like this before.  Is the voting working?

Yes its working fine.

I've turned off the feature that lets you see the progress as I thought it would inject a little more excitement into the contest!

Actually, I thought it was always like that...

Yeah, it was always without showing the actual progress of the voting except once recently. It was pretty cool seeing the progress and all. Then, I started making a big deal trying to get more folks interested and involved in the BOTM thing and now we aren't doing it again. Sorry, I just got somewhat aggressive while trying to stimulate the activity in the BOTM thing. :-\

Man, this is tough.

Finally decided If I could only own one of them, which one would it be?

That's the one that got my vote - can't remember if it was red or not...    ;)

So that's at least one vote for Bob's! ;D ;D

Does the chamois sitting on the guages count as a performance modification or just cosmetic? ;)

I haven't voted in months, but since I started a scandal over the choices recently, I just had to vote this time. The CR does it for me. I said I like stock appearing bikes and Sam's looks just like a stock CR packaged/built racing bike - straight out of 1970's pages of Cycle World. Well done Sam.

Bob, I gotta say that is a real sweet CB you've got there and I admire the care and attention you've shown to it over the years, very nice. The race bike just happens to be the best replica of CB750 history I've seen a member here present for voting. He had to get my vote.

Best Regards,
Gordon

Well Gordon, Bob got my vote, it's a nice example of a stocker. 8)
It takes all sorts to make the world go round and if it wasn't for specials it would be a sad place. :(
Your Kwak with the long swingarm would get my vote could it be included. I always liked those big tripples untill they started giving the CR a hard time on the drag strip. >:(
We have managed to get one of the strip records we lost to one with the 836,  but the one we really want back is the Santa Pod record allthough we are not sure if we lost it as there was a mix up with the entries when the Kwak tripples Club turned up ???
Have you ever had yours down a strip Gordon ?

Sam, I never have, but plan to in September. I have had that bike done now for 18 months. I finished it in Jan of 2006 and have ridden it 4 times for a total of 78 miles. I've got a new set of Tomcat chambers being custom made for it which should wake it up some more. The little 130 tire is no match for it's 160 + horses. I'm pretty sure my manhood is no better than my tire at handling the alarm at 7,000 ~10,000. That's the scary part of a hairy 2 stroke - they turn on violently from nothing to a whole bunch in 500 rpm.

Good choices on your voting there Sam and Bob!!

Regards,
Gordon
