silver trim on seat

The silver trim around the bottom of my seat comes off every time wind hits it. >:( >:( >:(   I've tried glue but it doesn't work.  Any tips.

I would try a Silicone Aquarium sealer. It has really good grip. Be sure to clean off the old glue and use some tape to hold it in place till it cures.

Does anyone know of a good adhesive to glue the vinyl to the metal seat pan??

Clean everything well and contact cement is the best for that purpose.

Permatex makes an excellent plastic adhesive. Reglued my seat trim 2 years ago and still holds excellent.

I use Gorilla glue for just about everything.  Tough stuff with very low odor compared to most adhesives.
