750A Hondamatic oil pump questions
« on: March 03, 2008, 04:45:20 AM »
For anyone who is familiar with the 750A, does it use a standard CB750K/F oil pump?  Since it has to oil not only the engine, but also has to supply and feed the torque converter, I'd expect the demand to be much higher than a normal CB750.

Part 2, does anyone know where I can get a 750 oil pump blueprinted?  Does anyone sell an aftermarket 750 oil pump?

Depends what is worn out, The end clearance can be re-machined but the lobes and diametrical clearance is another matter unless you can find a different pump internals that fit. it would probably be easier to scour the wreckers for another bike. It appears to be under the LH engine cover
