countershaft seals, now where I can get one?

hey, looks like the chain has been digesting the side of teh case a little, and torn the rubber countershaft seal, its a 77 CB750K engine, any one get a rebuitable source for this stuff, or happen to have one collecting dust??

Just picked one up. I thought it was leaking. Part # 91205-283-015 33x57x7 I might not be using it. If you can get one locally that would save a bunch in shipping.
