Topic: I am going nuts here and need some help. Please look!!!

This is driving me nuts, have any of you heard of or seen a single wheeled motorcycle? I seem to remember seeing one somewhere but I can't for the life of me remember where. The wheel is very large in diameter, going all the way around the rider, but narrow. I think the power is applied via a friction wheel to the inner rim.

Any ideas?
