I eventually found and installed the rubber tach gear ring that sits in the head of my 750k6. While it was a blast getting the old ring out and installing the new one, it still leaks. I know Ive read here somewhere that this can be common, but could not find much with a search. Silicon? Two gaskets?! I'm running out of clean trousers. Thanks

Use the search function and put "tach" "seal" (without the quotes) in the box. There were other threads.
