I can't find a needle and jet set for the K. O.  750 part number 16012-300-004 need help to finde a vender that sells the old stock. Any help woould be very much appricated.   Scott in San Diego Ca.

ServiceHonda claims to have them, around $18. Plug in the part number on their interactive pricing page. Good luck.
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

What's the KeiHin # on the needle? If it matches the later ones, you can use a needle jet set for the later carbs.

if you can't find 16012-300-004 go for 16012-300-014 for a K1.

Also you can ket Keyster Needle & Jet sets from http://www.cmsnl.com/ .  look for #0499-KHN-NEEDLE at only 12 Euros per carb. Go to shop, then Carburator revision kits.

Service from these guy is great & the ship quickly all over the world.

Thanks for the tips. I started reading these while taking a break from soldering the tool marks and pits and then sanding smooth with 600. This is tedious and the cat is no help.     Scott

Cats are no good for soldering, but can be a great help with rivetting and wheel balancing.
I will not elaborate for fear of reprisals!  ::)
