Never saw that one before, got some interesting features
there. ;) 8) Looks like an 80' or so 750 gas tank. Like to hear some details on that one. SteveF's bike is a Sharp one too!

We're starting out with 750s. Wonder if it's gonna be an all 750 contest? ??? ;D

Bill, I originally took notice of this bike when he had a thread on the oil tank he built.  I didn't hear much after that, but just happened to see him post pictures of his current status in follow up posts in threads regarding electrical issues, etc. he was having.  I'll try to find those threads and post a link to them here.   I would like to know more too, but he doesn't seem to be around too much, but either way, she is a beaut!

You care to 2nd the nomination?

--xTalon

I found the threads, but they didn't have much info.  Here's the thread about the oil tank and it has a couple earlier pictures.

No need to offer up anything if you don't want.  It just has to be a SOHC and get nominated, so nothing else needed that I am aware of.  I think Bill and I are curious because most people have a build thread or something and your bike has kind of slipped under the radar so to speak.   ;)

Yeah, Inquiring Minds (Me & xtalon) want to know! Ha!Ha! ;D Details, we need details. ;) 8) Your bike has a distinctive look and we'd like to know the details. :) I'm pretty sure that the gastank came from an 80' or so CB750 (looks like the gastank on my 80' CB750K anyway). That front fender is pretty unique too! How about filling in the details?

Whew!!! Jim, SteveF's 750 definitely has had some awesome detailed work done to it and, by his own words, he's not through with it yet! :o 8) Very nice indeed!

Hey guys..Here are some
Before and after Pics of my 1975 CB750F SS..
it was orginally purchased from a Junk Yard 7 years ago and did not run...I came along and wanted a project Bike...I figured this would fit the bill...I bought it from the current owners 10 months ago..

Too those that asked..Gas tank..is from a 80's CB1100F...it's fiberglass..off a race bike.
I was looking to build a Retro Vintage Cafe Racer...and tried to make it as light weight as possible.. I wanted to be able to see through bike inorder to give it a nibble and light weight feel.. Seat Fiberglass..and off a Vintage Kawasaki race Bike. MOST parts are replaced or Custom built..

Thanks Mike
