These guys have just about everything but complete harnesses:
http://www.vintageconnections.com/
Complete harnesses for CB750s, at least through K4, plus other bits, here:
http://www.yamiya750e.com/catalog/default.php?language=en
That should get you started...

I have a '76 K5 I'm rebuilding, any chance a k4 harness would work?

somebody just reminded me of
www.partsnmore.com
for cb750
and there is the
www.400fstore.com
.
thanks for all the other sites, I recently just had to buy one for a kz400 and luckily found a brand new one on ebay for $50.
But I also just broke down and got one for my cb400f $275, alot, but I was tired of chasing down shorts and getting new ones at inopportune times.
